Revved Up Sports Show came to be in 2016 after years of thought. Hosts Bobby Chaffee and Rodney Rodriguez pondered for years to venture in broadcasting after successful years as race announcers in Texas, when options ran out and it looked like it may be time to go bowling or fishing RPM RadioTX was created and RUSS became the flagship talk show. In a short time RUSS has grown to the go to show for local and national motorsports conversation in Texas. Live and podcast on multiple platforms the show was added to the podcast lineup on 104.9 HornFM.con in 2017. The program continues to capture new audiences weekly with it‘s #RealRaceTalk.
In April 2019 RUSSATX was added to the weekly Saturday radio line up on The Horn 104.9FM/1260AM.
